I went to the “Sanctification of Place: A Wood Kiln Installation ” by Richard Rowland out in Hillsboro and this was absolutely amazing. I just happened to have my digital camera with me and took a few photos since this show was only up for 4 days. I heard this was recreated from the actual firing. It was breathtaking to see in person. I believe the frame is shaped like a whale and the bones are made from clay also.
